Situated just ten kilometers North of Plettenberg Bay, conveniently positioned along the N2 motorway and within five minutes of two beautiful blue flag beaches and bird, primate, reptile, big cat, and elephant sanctuaries, wine farms, Polo estates and more.

We strive to be an entertainment destination, catering for all ages. Our offerings include the Moss & Maple Restaurant, MR Adventure Centre, Farm Shop, guest cabins, campsite and home to the Blue Haze American Quarter Horse Stud.

Maple Ranch Adventures

At MR Adventures we offer outdoor activities including 4x4 electric ATV trails, kiddies e-bikes, pony rides, horse trails, kayaking, team building, and school camps, plus numerous popular hiking and cycling trails from the property. Our experienced team ensures safe, meaningful experiences in a unique setting.

Moss & Maple Restaurant

Our restaurant features an affordable menu, well-stocked pub, popular kids' play park, pony rides, pump track with e bike hire and a shop offering locally-sourced gifts, treats, and handcrafted goods. We are pet friendly, allowing well behaved dogs on sections of our covered decks and on our lawns and shaded Pavilion.

Quarter Horses

Established in 2010, the Blue Haze American Quarter Horse Stud breeds these athletic, intelligent and beautiful horses. Originally bred by and for the American cowboy for their even temperament and athleticism, visitors able to see our stud sire Bold Enterprise, brood mares, and new foals.

Horse Trails

Offering 1-2 hour guided horse trails on our Blue Haze American Quarter Horses. Enjoy scenic MTO forests with ocean and mountain views. Limited to reasonably experienced riders under 100kg.

"Fantastic, kid friendly, spacious place. Our new favourite stop on the N2. The highlight is obviously the huge, unique play area and the fact that there is both indoor and outdoor space for kids to play. You can see the facilities were designed by someone who knows kids. Plus, decent pizza, lovely milkshakes (try cookies and cream flavour!) and service that felt genuinely warm and friendly. Farm stall with plenty of handmade and homemade stuff, including cute Afrikaans stuff. Groups without kids can sit on the other side of the stoep and enjoy the view of the forest, river and pond. Looks like you could also take a little walk. So refreshing compared to most roadside stops."
